Operators first. Consultants by necessity.
We spent twenty years in Maltese telecoms — running sales floors, customer operations, complaints desks and the training rooms behind them, improving the customer experience one broken process at a time. Telco is an unforgiving school: thin margins, demanding customers, regulators watching, and competitors one phone call away. If your process is broken, you find out the same day.
Then we watched the rest of Malta’s service economy hit the wall we knew well: you cannot hire your way to growth anymore. Vacancies stay open for months. Wages climb, and the new hire still needs a year to be any good. Meanwhile the team you already have is capable of far more — if someone fixes the process around them, trains them properly, and gives their leaders the tools to lead.
That is the whole company. We are not a big firm, and we don’t pretend to be one. Two people, a fixed scope, and the habits of an industry where the numbers came in every single morning.
