01 — Training

Training that pays for itself

Practical, half-day to two-day workshops in sales effectiveness, customer experience, complaint handling and frontline leadership — built from what we ran with real teams, not licensed slideware. Up to 70% of the cost comes back through the Investing in Skills scheme, and we handle the paperwork with you.

Who it’s for
Frontline and sales teams of 4–10, and the team leaders who run them.
What happens
A scoping call, one tailored workshop day (on-site or online), and a follow-up so it sticks.
What you get
Trained people, a one-page playbook per topic, and the IIS claim prepared with you.
Timeframe
Two to four weeks from first call to delivered workshop.

Do we qualify for the subsidy?

Almost every private Maltese employer does. Group size is capped at ten per course under the scheme, and we confirm eligibility before you commit to anything.

02 — Diagnostic

The Thrive audit

A fixed-price, 2–3 week diagnostic of your customer journey or one core process. We sit with your team, listen to calls, walk the process end to end, and tell you exactly where revenue and customers leak out. Findings, roadmap, done — no open-ended consulting swamp.

Who it’s for
Owners and ops managers who know something is broken but can’t see where from the inside.
What happens
Kick-off, one to two weeks on the ground with your team, then a working session to walk through what we found.
What you get
A findings report, a prioritised roadmap with the value of each fix, and the numbers to back it.
Timeframe
Two to three weeks, fixed. It ends when we said it would.

What if the audit finds nothing worth fixing?

Then we say so, in writing, and you’ve bought certainty at a fixed price. It hasn’t happened yet — but the roadmap is yours either way, with no obligation to hire us for any of it.

03 — Delivery

Hands-on improvement

A monthly retainer to implement the roadmap with your team: process redesign, tooling setup (we configure, no code), coaching for team leaders, and a scoreboard so everyone can see it working.

Who it’s for
Businesses that have a roadmap — ours or their own — and no spare hands to deliver it.
What happens
We agree the quarter’s priorities, then work inside your business on set days each month.
What you get
Fixes shipped, tools configured, people coached, and a monthly one-page report on what moved.
Timeframe
Monthly, quarter by quarter. No twelve-month lock-ins.

Do you build software?

No. We configure the tools you already pay for — CRM, ticketing, telephony, spreadsheets — so they finally match how your team actually works. If something genuinely needs building, we’ll tell you and help you brief a developer.
