Training that pays for itself
Practical, half-day to two-day workshops in sales effectiveness, customer experience, complaint handling and frontline leadership — built from what we ran with real teams, not licensed slideware. Up to 70% of the cost comes back through the Investing in Skills scheme, and we handle the paperwork with you.
Do we qualify for the subsidy?
Almost every private Maltese employer does. Group size is capped at ten per course under the scheme, and we confirm eligibility before you commit to anything.
The Thrive audit
A fixed-price, 2–3 week diagnostic of your customer journey or one core process. We sit with your team, listen to calls, walk the process end to end, and tell you exactly where revenue and customers leak out. Findings, roadmap, done — no open-ended consulting swamp.
What if the audit finds nothing worth fixing?
Then we say so, in writing, and you’ve bought certainty at a fixed price. It hasn’t happened yet — but the roadmap is yours either way, with no obligation to hire us for any of it.
Hands-on improvement
A monthly retainer to implement the roadmap with your team: process redesign, tooling setup (we configure, no code), coaching for team leaders, and a scoreboard so everyone can see it working.
Do you build software?
No. We configure the tools you already pay for — CRM, ticketing, telephony, spreadsheets — so they finally match how your team actually works. If something genuinely needs building, we’ll tell you and help you brief a developer.
